I grew up in Los Angeles and pursued hockey at the professional level, spending years competing in high-pressure environments where discipline, preparation, resilience, and performance mattered every day.
At 26, I launched my first company and learned business by doing the work directly — sales, partnerships, operations, customer success, positioning, systems, team execution, and growth. Since then, I've continued building brands and platforms that solve real market problems across health, workplace performance, and sports engagement.
